Marseille Provence Airport (LFML), is an international airport opened in 1922, it is the main airport in Marseille, In 2022, the airport handled 8.5 Million passengers on 85.600 total flights. This makes Marseille the Fifth busiest airport in France with 9,791,634 passengers having passed through its doors in 2021.

We have created a very highly detail version of Marseille International Airport and the surrounding area with all of the latest technologies when it comes to 3D modelling and scenery development. We have focused on great performance together with very high detail including an interior and custom ground and building modelling covering the whole airport including landside.

I was eager to discover the RDpresets version of LFML knowing that the other version is quite basic in terms of details. It's rather a disappointment because the airport created has changed a lot in 4 years, new terminal, new AMP buildings and ATC, I know the airport very well and it no longer really resembles what RDpresets offers, I hope that they will integrate the changes, for the moment you have to choose between this very well detailed version but no longer up to date at all or the other more realistic but much less detailed...

This airport is highly detailed in my opinion compared to some other offerings for Marseille, the terminal is modelled inside and outside to a high standard, the airport looks great at night and in the day too. The only issue i have which is actually an asobo issue with the photogrammetry is there's some bumps on the taxiway next to the tower, but apart from that it's a wonderful airport. It runs well on my mid-spec pc so if you're in the market for LFML I would recommend this one over FranceVFR and Bmworld :)

No idea why this one has a low rating at this moment because this addon is a usual RDPresets quality (=masterpiece). Performancewise it's maybe their best optimized airport to date. I had a very stable framerate during approach (with the airport populated by FS Traffic) and flying a drone around the airport was also smooth. The level of detail is really high and that also applies to practically all airport area. Highly recommended.

This is very disappointing. It looked good at first sight but on closer inspection there are elevation errors everywhere with aircraft and vehicles jumping up to reach roads and runways. Taxiways and roadways in many areas have double lines along them at different angles. Not good at all. I wish I could get my money back.

After reading a review saying the performance is good I decided to buy it, the airport looks awesome and I would love to use this scenery, however it has awful performance, just like every other RDpresets scenery, I only get 20 fps while looking at the terminal, truly a shame as this scenery looks great, hopefully they update this scenery and fix the performance.
