Good visuals but jet bridges are not appearing on the ground. There seems to be bug with the jet bridges, they show connected, then you switch to external view and there is nothing showing, just the ramp.

The airport was an ok purchase considering that no other developer has taken on TJSJ to do it justice in the MSFS engine. The current airport seems like a port from P3D and it's starting to show it's age now. It seems that the developer is now focused on aircraft and support for this airport and some of the their other airports are now not a priority. As a long time customer it's upsetting but hopefully it gets an update from the developers or redone by another at some point.

While my flights in and out of TJSJ are frequent I see certain operational functions not being displayed. For Commercial Airline carriers there is a outstanding depiction of this operation but, Cargo Carriers are not displayed to it's fullest extent. I've been associated with real life Cargo Airlines for over 20 years and would like to see more cargo activity not only in San Juan but Miami as well. This would be a plus in all MSFS scenery.

Since this is an airport the biggest priority should be the taxiways and runways/ Just try crossing from the other side of the airport to runway 8 and you'll be met with a taxi bridge that will crash you plane. END - you're done. There are other elevation problems in airport as well. BIG fail since this what we pay for - an airport add on.

While all your products appear to be exceptional there's 1 glitch in the San Juan scenery that I have commented on via personal email and got no response. The bridges between Runway 8 and Runway 10 ( over the airport entrance highway ) are not flush with the taxiway. There seems to be a 5" rise on the first bridge and a smaller one on the second. While taxing with a heavy aircraft is slightly felt any General Aviation (Small Aircraft) is felt when the aircraft jumps all over the place getting onto the bridge. Can you please take care of this.

The jetways disappear when you get close to them, then appear depending on what angle it is viewed on. Hope this can be fixed

Purchased this item and installed when you go to TJSJ there are trees everywhere including the runway. Hopefully this will be corrected in the near future with an update.

There seems to be a problem at terminal D. Random gray lines on the ground, no jetways, blacked out windows, staircases that have no bottoms, and a jetway half inside the building stretching out across the terminal... For a larger developer with many downloads how can an issue like this exist?
