Presenting the Aeroprakt A-32 Vixxen — a next-generation light sport aircraft developed in close collaboration with Aeroprakt USA and our real-world training partners at Heavenbound Aviation. What began as a simple aircraft project has grown into a complete aviation series, launching with four fully developed variants that offer both modern glass technology and classic analog instrumentation, available in both standard and tundra tire configurations.
This add-on has already been actively used by Heavenbound Aviation during its beta phase, flown across everything from Ohio grass strips to rugged mountain passes and scenic European countryside tours. Test pilots have consistently praised its exceptional visibility, short-field agility, and rare ability to feel both welcoming and performance-focused. It is an aircraft that builds confidence quickly and rewards mastery over time.
To honor its real-world roots, we have also hand-built McKnight Airfield (ICAO: 5OI8), the home of Heavenbound Aviation. This scenery is included with your purchase. This is where the real Vixxen is flown, and where this exact simulation will be used for active flight training. The environment is authentic, the aircraft is alive, and every detail is grounded in reality.

Pros:
-Decent flight model overall, it genuinely feels natural
-Very highly detailed and accurate model
-Wide range of liveries
-Great customisation
Cons:
-Stalling is way too violent
-Engine sounds are alright but could definitely be better (pitch and harmonics are on point, but the sound samples themselves dont feel "alive" and "aggresive" enough)
-Couldn't figure out how to switch the G3 to hPa
-Hard to gain speed climbing out of a shortfield takeoff at 5200 RPM (in real life it shoots like a rocket)
My personal gripes is the rather wacky configurations of this Vixxen. I'm aware that this is based off of some flight school that has a really fancy IFR configured Vixxen, and I know theres the fully analogue variant too, but theres no in-between option.
Realistically, most Vixxens have a more LSA-conventional config with Dynon Skyview screens, analogue ASI/Alt, balancing ball only, and carburetor heated Rotax 912ULS. No AP, not IFR rated, nothing fancy as most LSAs are. I think it would be good to have this kind of configuration to balance between a very fancy and very old-school config.
Other than that, I would highly recommend this. Great product, great handling, could do with some improvement
